MISSION
Camp
Cherith Southern California is a Christ-centered year-round
ministry established for the purpose of enhancing the lives
of individuals and families, providing uniquely designed programs
that stimulate personal growth through a relationship with Jesus
Christ.

Camp Cherith Southern
California is an interdenom-inational
Christian camp located in the beautiful San Bernardino
mountains above Redlands. It is affiliated with
Pioneer Clubs' Camp Cherith and complements the Pioneer
Clubs program in local churches.
Camp
Cherith effectively utilizes its outdoor setting to encourage
spiritual and personal growth. Campers discover they can do
things they have never done before and thrill to the wonders
of God's creation. Together with staff they explore the adventure
of knowing Christ and sharing him with others. |
• A MINISTRY TO CHILDREN AND YOUTH

SUMMER
YOUTH CAMP and WINTER
WEEKENDS encourage campers to experience a first-hand
relationship with God. Morning Watch, Bible Exploration
and a variety of activities help campers discover the reality
of "Christ in every facet of life." Camp Cherith
provides a safe environment and loving relationships that
point campers to God. Programming is a mix of adventure, fun
and worship. Counselors and campers interact, explore,
share and learn together. |

A MINISTRY TO FAMILIES
| PARENT-CHILD
WEEKENDS provide opportunities for individual family members to begin
talking, really talking. The results? Changed
lives, restored relationships, families impacted. |
•
A MINISTRY TO ADULTS
| WOMEN'S
RETREAT grants a gift of time--time to relax, to breathe deeply,
to share, to create, to try new things. Most important,
it sharpens their focus on God. They discover answers to
puzzling questions, restore perspective that brings healing
and renew their daily walk with the Lord. A bonus: they
enjoy excellent food prepared by someone else. |

Men
and women volunteer for a week or more during the summer to serve
as CHERITH
STAFF (counselors, division directors, nurses, tuck
shop managers, kitchen staff, secretaries, activity staff, etc.). They
come to minister and discover that their own lives are touched.
