   DIRECTIONS FOR USING ONLINE FORMS 

Online forms are available in both pdf and Microsoft Word (doc) formats.  Microsoft Word forms can be filled out and then sent as an email attachment or printed and mailed to the registrar.   If you do not have Microsoft Word and you want to use the pdf files you will need download the FREE Acrobat Reader to your computer.  Click on the logo at the beginning of this paragraph.  The link will take you to the Adobe website.  Click on the same logo on their webpage to begin the download process.

2008 Summer CAMP 

CAMP FEE

Weeks 1 and 5 (Shorter 5 day camp Sunday thru Thursday)

$235.00 includes food, lodging, snacks, counselor fee, insurance and all supplies for crafts and activity classes. 

Weeks 2, 3 and 4 (Full week Sunday thru Saturday)

$295.00 includes food, lodging, snacks, counselor fee, insurance and all supplies for crafts and activity classes.

The first payment must be at least the required $50.00 deposit for each week.  Methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  Make checks payable to Cedarbrook Camp Southern California.  Your check is your receipt.

DISCOUNTS AND CAMPERSHIPS

• Children of camp staff -- $50.00 per full week parent is on staff. ($40.00 per 5 day week)

Most of our staff are one-week volunteers, many of them parents of campers.  To view the variety of positions available click here.

• Multi-Child Discounts available upon request.
• Limited number of camperships available.  Contact registrar for application.
